Advanced & Repeatable CNC Folding
In the near-eternal battle of flat bed folder vs press brake, we sided for the machine that grants us versatility, stability and productivity (sorry, press brake, maybe one day...).
Our precision metal folding machine is capable of forming aluminium up to 5mm thick and mild steel up to 2.5mm, with a maximum working width of 3200mm. It supports unrestricted single-fold depths and can produce tray profiles with folded returns up to 140mm on all sides. The system is also capable of advanced forming operations, including multiple-stage folds (e.g. up-stands and down-stands, see pictured bracket) and incremental steps for large curved-face trays or panel fabrication, enabling complex geometries with high repeatability.

Stand-Out Totems & Monoliths
Sometimes a single sign can involve nearly every station in our factory. This totem sign required CNC routing of both the aluminium sign and the clear acrylic lettering. The face of the sign then went through our powered panel curving machine, imbuing the sign with a gentle curve, enhancing its visibility and visual interest. For great visibility day and night, we installed LED illumination, and the business logo was dealt with by using a coloured translucent vinyl. Combined with powder coating, the branding requirements were easily achieved, and the end product is a great display of design and manufacturing working in tandem.
