Our wall mounted lightboxes are fabricated using in-house designed 6063T6 grade aluminium extrusions, ensuring a perfectly square, rigid frame. This architectural-grade metal provides a superior surface to other alloys, making it the ideal substrate for our UV-stable RAL powder coating. Whether you specify the 48mm Slim or 80mm Regular profile, you receive a professional-grade chassis that maintains its structural integrity and aesthetic finish in high-traffic commercial settings
Visibility and reliability are paramount. We utilise high-output, energy-efficient LED technology: Edge-lit "light sheets" for Slim profiles and IP67-rated LED modules for Regular systems, ensuring uniform light distribution. Every unit comes with a high-quality, IP-rated driver pre-installed to maintain 24/7 reliability.
Designed as a blank canvas for the sign professional, our lightboxes are assembled with Perspex® acrylic faces and are fully compatible with all major sign vinyl brands, translucent graphics or bonded lettering. We offer an extensive range of powder coating options to match any RAL or BS colour, allowing you to provide a fully branded, bespoke solution.
By manufacturing every unit in our UK-based facility, we maintain total control over quality and lead times.
