At Ashby Trade Sign Supplies, we offer high performance material cutting tailored to sign-making but at home with a variety of fabrication needs. Our hydraulic guillotine delivers clean, precision cuts on aluminium, mild steel, and ACM sheets up to 3100mm wide and 5mm thick. With speeds of up to 80 cuts per minute, it's a key part of our high-volume production line and perfect for demanding, time-sensitive projects.
We also operate two post saws, capable of cutting aluminium tubes and extrusions up to 300mm in diameter. And then there is our flat bed saw, which we use for handling acrylic, foamboard, and timber with ease and repeatability. Both saw styles support angled cutting, enabling complex profiles and bespoke fabrication work.

Subtle Variations on Every Day Signs
Post and panel signs are at the core of what we do, and we believe everyday signage doesn’t have to look ordinary. Utilising our in-house pipe bender, we can introduce smooth or multi-step curves that give standard flat panel signs a unique visual edge. Combined with optional MIG welding and powder coating, curved posts are a stable, long lasting addition to a signage or novel engineering project.
