We're sign makers first and foremost, but our fabrication setup allows us to support other businesses with cutting and profiling work. And we're more than happy to do so. Our production facility features advanced laser cutting technology, including a newly installed 6kW fibre laser cutter for high-speed, high-precision processing of aluminium and steel.
Capable of producing intricate fret-cut details with tight tolerances, laser cutting offers a finer level of accuracy than traditional CNC routing, making it ideal for signage and fabricated components requiring clean, complex cuts. For non-metal substrates, we operate a 400W CO2 laser designed to cut and engrave acrylic, wood, and other materials with speed and efficiency. This flexibility makes it ideal for both decorative and functional signage elements.
To fully compliment our laser cutters, we run two of the UK’s largest CNC routers, each with a generous processing area of 6096mm x 2159mm. These heavy-duty machines handle a wide range of materials, including aluminium, acrylics, foamboard, wood, and layered composites, all across various thicknesses and finishes. Our extensive router tooling supports fret-cutting, engraving, bevelling, and countersinking. Whether for one-off fabrications or large production runs, we deliver consistent accuracy and repeatability across every project.

Built-Up Illuminated Letters
Our built-up letters showcase how our manufacturing processes and techniques work in tandem to create items that stand out and fit together beautifully. Pictured here is a halo illuminated letter, combining brushed steel cut on our fibre laser and 10mm thick clear acrylic CNC routed with a shoulder to accommodate the stainless steel wall, itself precision-bent on our pneumatic former. The face and the wall are laser welded together to create a sturdy and durable item. Installed IP67 rated LED modules provide a cool white illumination for an average lifespan of 70,000 hours.
