Custom-made signage – for the customer

Our latest bespoke signage project

One of our established customers creates signage solutions for all sorts of applications including industrial estates, retail and business parks. They contacted us recently for a bespoke project and we were glad to set to work for them.

The project

The client needed a set of triangular totem signs for use at a business park. First off, in collaboration with the client, we broke the order down into all the component parts required and sent the itemised confirmation to the client. This ensures we have complete understanding and we are building to requirements. We fabricated two 2-piece Trays and a 3-piece Tray, all in portrait orientation. They were manufactured from aluminium and were powder-coated blue with silver powder-coated aluminium posts.

For this job, the client supplied the print graphics for application (although our graphic design department can service this part of the process when required).

We then fully assembled the signage systems and prepared them for collection by the client. This involved wrapping edges very, very carefully to protect them from damage in transit (and you know how much we love doing that!)

5 days after the job went into production and on schedule, the signage was loaded onto the Hiab truck and off it went on its merry way towards the south coast. Job done.
