Tray signs present a more prominent profile to flat panels, giving additional style and produce a sign face with no visible fixings. Tray signs can be manufactured with of a depth of between 15mm and 140mm.
Welded and dressed corner seams give aluminium tray signs a nice clean look and high durability.
Please note: welding composite materials (ACM) is not possible, so we bond the returns with prepped fixing angles and a structural adhesive.
Using our fixing angle to mount your tray on a wall makes it a simple, clean installation with no fixings on the face.
Fixing angle can be viewed and purchased in our component shop.
Using our best-in-class routers, your tray sign can be fret-cut or shaped to your specifications. Fret cut tray signs can be supplied complete with opal or coloured Perspex mounted internally and a backing tray housing the LED illumination.
