Panel shaping can be a fundamental and visually striking part of a locations identity. Shaping options, whether radius corners or fully routed (CAD cut) panels, are available across all materials. Curving is available for aluminium.
We can produce and apply any digital prints and / or vinyl graphics your sign may require.
We use the Metamark M7 coloured vinyl and MD5 print vinyl ranges.
Powder coating and wet coating of aluminium sign panels is available. Coloured composite panels are pre-coloured both sides, one a gloss finish, the other a satin finish. The exception to this is 'Brushed effect' which has a single gloss face.
Both aluminium and composite can by finished by us with vinyl graphics or digital prints

Manufactured from either aluminium or coloured composite (ACM), our sign blanks are durable and infinitely customisable with painting, digital printing, and vinyl graphics. Available in a wide variety of finishes, with the mounting holes pre-drilled, ready for installing with colour coded screws or stand-off connectors.
