Safety is paramount. We offer two primary tiers of engineered mounts to suit your project’s scale. For standard installations, we have bespoke 'top-hat' brackets - precision-folded from aluminium to suite size and style. For larger profiles or high-exposure sites, we'll manufacture a heavy-duty bracket featuring a chunky 10mm architectural-grade aluminium backplate and welded structural posts. All aluminium construction and welded components provide a mount that is naturally corrosion-free.

Our in-house designed extrusion includes an integrated 'beading' that serves both a functional and aesthetic purpose. This channel mechanically secures the acrylic sign faces into the frame, ensuring they remain fixed under environmental pressure while preventing light spill from the edges. The system is fully compatible with translucent graphics and cut vinyl, allowing for significant customisation.

We prioritize long-term reliability by equipping our lightboxes with high-output, energy-efficient LED technology. Depending on the sign's dimensions, we utilize either IP67-rated LED modules or IP65-rated LED ribbons to ensure uniform light distribution. Every projecting lightbox is supplied with a high-quality, internally mounted LED driver. This 'ready-to-wire' configuration simplifies the final installation, allowing a qualified electrician to connect the sign to the mains quickly and safely without the need for external driver housing.

While we stock aluminium extrusions in white and anodised finishes, our powder coating service allows for total brand customization. We can finish your lightbox and its brackets in any standard RAL or BS colour to provide a UV-stable, high quality finish.
