Perspex® cast acrylic is a lightweight, highly versatile material that can be fabricated as needed. It offers excellent UV resistance and won't yellow or degrade over time. Fully recyclable back to its original monomer form, it’s also far lighter than glass while delivering greater strength at comparable thicknesses. Our CO2 laser cuts acrylics with smooth edges, removing the need for flame polishing or other post-cutting work.

Flat cut letters (flat-cut lettering) are precision 2D letters and logo shapes cut from sheet material. They are an affordable, versatile alternative to built-up letters. We laser - or router-cut - to your artwork, supplying acrylic, aluminium, stainless steel and composite options in practical thicknesses, finished to required colours (powder coated or vinyl-faced) or brushed/mirror metal.
Letters can be supplied with stand-off locators, studs, or VHB tape for quick installation to trays, façades and interiors. Ideal for shopfront fascias, reception walls and wayfinding, flat cut letters deliver clean edges low maintenance and great visibility.
