CNC Routers & Fibre Laser
We operate two of the largest CNC routers in the UK, each offering a generous processing envelope of 6096mm x 2159mm. These heavy-duty machines are capable of precision cutting across a range of materials including aluminium, acrylics, foamboard, and multi-layer composites, all in varying thicknesses and finishes. Our extensive selection of router tooling supports a wide array of operations, including fret-cutting, engraving, bevelling, and countersinking, allowing us to meet complex fabrication requirements with accuracy and repeatability.
Complementing this, our newly installed fibre laser cutter provides high-speed, high-precision cutting for steel and aluminium, and enables intricate fret-cutting on aluminium with tighter tolerances and finer detail than traditional CNC routing methods can achieve.
