Delivery & Collection

There are a number of different ways to receive your goods and the decision is entirely yours. As standard we’ll despatch your goods on an over-night carrier service (run by Tuffnells). This service is a next day delivery meaning you will receive your goods before 17:30; but if you’re goods are urgent you can let us know and upgrade your carriage to a morning delivery or a pre-10:30. You are always welcome, however, to collect or to have your good supplied on a dedicated delivery. Be sure to let us know what you need us to do (for smaller items we’ll sometimes be able to post them, too).

 

 

 

  • Can I order my delivery to go to site or another address?

    Yes. Let us know at the time of order where you'd like your goods to go and we'll ship direct. This won't affect the cost (Channel Island & Highlands and Islands excepted) - we base all our carriage on weight , not distance.

  • What happens if I am out when the courier comes?

    If you let us know beforehand we can arrange to have your goods left with a neighbour, no problem. If not however we will not deliver and will attempt again the following day.

  • When will I receive confirmation of my order?

    You'll receive confirmation of your order when its placed (account customers) or when you've paid for it (Pay now customers).

  • Are there any products excluded from the delivery options?

    Nope.

  • I am ordering from Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, how long can I expect to wait for delivery?

    Delivery to Ireland (Republic and Northern) is on a 3 day service. So once its left us you should receive your order on the third or fourth working day.
