COVID-19 Closure

28 March 2020 Uncategorised

Due to the ever changing global situation, it is with great regret that we have been left with no option but to close our production facility as of tonight.  There will be a compliment of staff carrying out essential processes on Friday 27th March, but manufacturing will cease with immediate effect.

Whilst we have taken every precaution to protect our staff and customers, we are now in a position whereby a continuation of normal services can not be reasonably maintained.  In order to lessen the impact, sales staff will be answering calls and emails remotely.  We will be able to issue quotations, raise new orders, answer invoice queries and technical questions and update you with any further information we have.  The only services we are suspending are the actual manufacture and dispatch of goods.  New orders raised during the closure period will be worked on sequentially upon reopening.  This is an uncertain time for everyone and as it stands we can not confidently predict when normal service will resume.

Whilst the bigger picture looks bleak, as individuals we can all play our part to protect ourselves and our loved ones.  We will continue to follow government advice on what we can be doing to slow the spread of Covid-19 and we implore you to do the same.

We wish you all the best of luck over the coming weeks and months and thank you for your business.

With heavy hearts,
