Wall mountable 3mm Aluminium Trays

Trays
Manufactured from 3mm aluminium sheet.

Size
Minimum size is 120mm x 120mm x 15mm. Maximum size in one piece is 2950mm x 1425mm x 50mm, portrait or landscape or any size in between. Larger sizes achieved by multiple panels, with either flex plates or interlocking clip extrusion along the joins.

Colour
All of our trays can be supplied mill finish, mill finish prepped for painting or powder coated to one of our 107 stock RAL or BS colours, alternatively for something a little different, we have a range of wood or marble effect paint finishes available


Shapes
Our aluminium trays can be cut to almost any shape with the returns seam welded and dressed to finish them off, all we need is a vector file to cut from.

Fixings
Aluminium angle is available with all trays for wall mounting and can be supplied with colour coded rivets or screws.



Fret Cutting
With investment in the latest CNC routing machinery we have the capability to fret cut from the face of our sign trays most lettering for internal back illumination, even incorporating logos and odd fonts.

Illumination
Wall mounted trays can also be supplied with the fret cutting backed with acrylic for illumination with our range of SLOAN LED's
