Clip Extrusion
Clip extrusion is used for attaching aluminium panels to posts. In our factory we attach the clip extrusion to the rear of panels with a mechanical self piercing rivet system, maximising the tensile strength of both materials, whilst maintaining a flat surface with no unsightly rivets showing, allowing for the smooth application of graphics or prints. Available in three sizes (small 16mm) (Medium 25mm) (large 33mm) for multiple panel construction we also hold several interlocking clip extrusions
AS760 & AS500
AS760 was one of Ashby's first extrusions, it was extruded to provide a clean neat cost effective double sided sign incorporating standard 3mm aluminium panels, its versatility is so that we have also used it to manufacture a cost effective finger arm system. Because of it's popularity we have now introduced its smaller equivalent the AS500 that functions in exactly the same way but utilises a 50mm post as oppossed to the AS760 which is used on a 76mm post.
T Sections
Our T Section is available in lengths up to 2000mm long
Angle
Our angle is available in lengths up to 6000mm long.
20mm x 20mm, 25mm x 25mm, 40mm x 40mm and 50mm x 50mm angle are all available ex stock for immediate despatch.
Size
All of our sign makers extrusions are available in lengths, or cut to size.
Colour
Most available mill finish, a few are available in grey. Please ask a member of our sales team for more information.
